PKR Live IV Crowns a Champ
The 21-year-olod Hungarian bested 150 players over two days to grab the $20,000 first-place prize, fighting off the Italian hopeful Jackson 'DonnieJackMala' Genopesi and finally the UK's Jamie 'JJBird22' Birdsey to take the title.
"It's a special moment for me," said Vasvenszki, who recently booked wins in both the Sunday Classic on PKR and a WSOP Experience package.
In addition to the main event, PKR players from across Europe also competed in a $150 shoot-out side event won by Spaniard Alejandro 'Jandro11' Gonzalez-Olaechea Fernandez-Mantilla.

Cal State Championship Off and Running
Three weeks of poker featuring more than $1 million in guaranteed prize money began with a $500,000 guaranteed $220-buy-in No Limit Hold'em event that includes three more starting days through Saturday.
The event allows people to buy-back in each day if they bust out and is being hailed the largest guarantee in poker for a low-stakes tournament.
The 22-tournament schedule will include full slate of poker tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $120 to $1,575, plus the storied $3,085-buy-in Main Event Cal State Championship Main Event, once famously won by actor Ben Affleck.
There is $1,150,000 in guaranteed prize money spread out over nine of the events, four events providing a $3,085 main event seat and several Mega Satellites so players can spend as little as $335 to win their way into the main event.
"In the Cal State Poker Classic, Commerce Casino has created a haven for the player who can spread out his bankroll wisely and yet still get a shot at numerous big paydays," said Tournament Director Matt Savage.
"We're looking forward to an exciting May."

In addition to online qualifiers on PartyPoker, a casino-based satellite series is set to kick off this summer in poker clubs and Casinos across London.
The Palm Beach Casino in The May Fair Hotel's former Grand Art Deco Ballroom is one of the largest gaming rooms in London.
Considering the schedule's proximity to both the World Series of Poker Europe and PokerStars EPT London, casino officials are expecting the event to attract the cream of the poker crop.
"The Palm Beach Casino is delighted to welcome the World Poker Tour 2010 in London," Genting Casinos London Poker Manager Simon Tomsett said.
"We anticipate players from all over the world, playing for the prestigious title."
